CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?

Unfortunately, we do not usually have same day appointments. We are not a walk-in clinic, all physicals must be scheduled.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?

We do NOT take Medicaid, Medicare or Tricare.
We can file all other insurances but be aware, we are not a Perferred Provider. 
We ask that all new patients pay at time of service, then we will file your insurance. Any refund from your insurance will then be sent directly to you but in the rare chance that it is paid to us, we will send you a refund of the amount paid by your insurance.

DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS?

Yes, we do take credit cards for payment of services but currently there is a 2.5% CC fee added with use of credit or debit cards. We are working on eliminating the CC fee soon. Cash or check are still accepted for payment as well.
